If you cannot work it out together, you can fill in our complaints form. You can read how this procedure works in our complaints regulations. Ultimately, we always strive to reach a joint solution.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can contact the Complaints Desk for Childcare for advice. As an independent body, they will examine whether the complaint can still be resolved. If not, the complaint can be submitted to the Childcare Disputes Committee. You can also submit your complaint directly to the Dispute Commission.
