- The additional terms and conditions of Partou (applicable to Partou B.V. and Smallsteps B.V.).
New terms and conditions as of 1 January 2026
As of 1 January, the following terms and conditions will apply to our agreements:
- 2025 industry terms and conditions (only available in Dutch)
- The additional Partou terms and conditions dated 1 January 2026**

The terms and conditions that apply to our agreements until the end of 2025*
If you do not agree to the new additional Partou terms and conditions as of 1 January 2026, the following applies. Depending on whether you agreed to the terms and conditions that came into effect on 1 March 2025 at the beginning of 2025, the terms and conditions below will continue to apply to your agreement. Terms and conditions under a. apply if you did not agree to the March 2025 terms and conditions at the beginning of 2025, and terms and conditions under b. apply if you did agree to the March terms and conditions.
Until March 1, 2025
The current terms* applicable to our agreements are:

Starting in March, the following terms will apply to our agreements:
