For questions, comments or changes to your child's childcare (for example, if you move house, prefer other childcare days or cancel), please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you via https://mijn.partou.nl. Be aware that you can reach our customer service from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Do you have a complaint? Please fill in our complaints form (choose the option "I have a compaint" in the "What is your question or remark about" section).
During the weekends and on Dutch public holidays, we will not answer the phone. For 2024, the dates are:
- Monday January 1 (New Year's Day)
- Monday April 1 (Easter Monday)
- Thursday 9 May (Ascension Day)
- Monday 20 May (Whit Monday)
- Wednesday December 25 and Thursday December 26 (Christmas Days)
- Wednesday January 1, 2025 (New Year's Day)
